2. Scrum primer

• 1 day.
• Covers processes, roles, meetings and principles. Discusses the challenges with introducing scrum.
• Suitable for all people who will be working with scrum.

3. Introduction to Finance for Non-Finance Managers

• 1 day.
• Brief tour of topics such as: operational vs capital budgets; direct and indirect costs; depreciation; net present value (NPV) and return on investment (ROI) - and also covers some basic techniques for creating a budget.
• Suitable for aspiring line managers, project managers, change managers, and all those who need to work with budgets or business cases.

4. Basics of Stakeholder Engagement

• Introduction to ways of identifying and segmenting stakeholders and methods of engaging.

• Covers the role of the team managers, stages of development, building an effective team, and overcoming team dysfunctions.

• Covers the difference between: good and bad delegation; topics to be considered when delegating; tracking work without micro-managing.

• Covers styles and approaches to conflict management

• covers the full process of workshop facilitation from preparation, managing the workshop and closing effectively
• Suitable for anyone who may need to facilitate a workshop or generally improve their skills at managing meetings.
