SAFe® Agilist (SA) (Version 4.5)

UpcomingCourses.png

Learning how to successfully scale and run large Agile teams, is ever becoming a more relevant consideration especially in larger organisations where many Agile teams are working to achieve the same outcome. Scaling challenges lie with the teams and the program. However, challenges also lie at the portfolio level. In SAFe, a Kanban approach is used to visibly manage the flow of large investments (Epics) through the portfolio value stream. SAFe 4.5 recommends a way to structure your organisation, a Lean and Systems Thinking approach to product development flow, and an approach to running teams of Agile teams that resolves these challenges.

This two-cert_mark_SPC_small_150px.pngday course teaches the Lean-Agile principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). You will learn how to run Agile Release Trains that deliver real business value, how to build an Agile Portfolio, and how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale. You will gain an understanding of what a Lean-Agile mindset is and how to apply the principles and practices of SAFe to support Agile teams, programs, program portfolio management, and how to coordinate Large Solution SAFe.

Attending the class prepares you to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Agilist (SA).

"I searched for the right change management course for a long time; keen to find the right mix of practical and theoretical change tools. This course delivered on both fronts, and the trainer made certain that every bit of theory was translated into a practical example or discussion. I’d highly recommend this course for anyone that tackles change as part of their role. "
