It explains an innovative structured approach to dealing with difficult co-workers. It explains 5 steps and 9 useful guidelines. An accompanying handout explores the 8 most common types of difficult co-workers, explaining their behaviour with tips on what to do and what not to do.
 | Workshops are held over the lunch period making it easy to fit into a busy work schedule. They will be held using Microsoft Teams which is available on most devices. The design is highly interactive with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and discuss real issues. The material is based on extensive research, personal experience and discussions with a well regarded psychotherapist. |
