Postponements and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or postpone your course, we will endeavour to fill your place from our waiting list. Obviously, the more notice we get, the easier it is for us to do that.

If we can fill your place, then we will fully refund you or transfer you to a new date.

If we cannot fill your place, then we may apply the following rules:-

• More than one week’s notice, full refund or apply the payment to a new date.
• More than two working days notice, 80% refund or 80% credit against the new date.
• Less than two working days notice, 50% refund or 50% credit against the new date.

Inability to complete a course once started

We will make every effort to re-schedule you into another course to complete the remaining days. We may not be able to offer you a refund.

Exam results

You will usually be informed of the results of the PRINCE2™ Foundation exam or the Change Management accreditation within one working day of taking the exam.

The PRINCE2™ Practitioner exam has a different marking regime and it can take up to 8 weeks before the result is known. We will inform you as soon as we know.

Certificates & Registration on the APMG UK web site

It can take up to eight weeks for the certificates awarded upon successful completion of the exam to arrive in Australia from the UK.

You will be listed on the Successful Candidate Register on the UK based APMG web site once you have successfully completed exam.

This process can take up to six weeks.

Venue changes

Occasionally we are forced to make a change to the training venue after we have notified you of the location. In this event, we will recontact you by your preferred method to inform you of the change.

If we have your mobile phone number we will also send you an SMS with the change.

Waiting lists

For many of our courses, we maintain a waiting list of people who would like to attend the course. If you are on a waiting list for a particular course:

• You can also hold a firm booking for a later course to cover the possibility that we cannot accommodate you on an earlier course.
• We will let you know if a place becomes available and confirm that you are still able to take the place.
• You may contact us at any time to enquire about your position on the waiting list.

• All prices are shown without GST. Australian residents will be charged GST at 10%
• All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD)
• Discounts may be available for group bookings
