What is it?

A three day course that explains the PRINCE2® methodology. The course includes the Foundation exam at the end of the third day. The course covers

The PRINCE2® Training - Practitioner Course

A 1½ day course with the 2.5 hour exam on the second day.

On passing the exam, participants will become PRINCE2® registered practitioners - an internationally recognised qualification. This is a more advanced PRINCE2® qualification and will enhance your resume.

This course is about applying PRINCE2® to a scenario and preparing for the practitioner exam.

• Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the principles of PRINCE2® and learn more about practical application.
• Going through the Practitioner workshop document and exercises.
• Providing some exam technique and guidance.

Objectives are

• To consolidate the student's PRINCE2® Foundation knowledge.
• To understand how to apply the PRINCE2® approach to delivering projects.
• To understand how to tailor the PRINCE2® method to different project scenarios in different organisations.
• To pass the PRINCE2® Practitioner Exam (a 2.5 hour open book exam).

Who should attend?

• Anyone who wants to gain a deeper understanding of PRINCE2® and how to apply it.
• Note: a pass at PRINCE2® Foundation level is a necessary pre-requisite for this course.
