Dan Skelsey - Director & Lead Trainer
Dan is both an experienced project manager and trainer.
His experience extends across five continents and many industries. He has worked on projects in large international companies and small businesses. He has been frequently asked to implement complex changes that involve process change and cultural change.
Dan was amongst the first in Australia to pass the UK APMG Change Management accreditation assessment and become an accredited trainer. Dan is a member of the APM Group Change Management exam panel.
He has taught approximately 100 PRINCE2® courses to over 1000 participants in eight countries. His own experience as a Project Manager allows him to address complex issues and explain them in an easily understandable manner. Dan enjoys training and this is reflected in his teaching style. Participants have suggested that this makes the course feel more like a discussion than a lecture and makes the learning experience very enjoyable as well as rewarding.
" As the manager responsible for organising much of the PRINCE2 training in our organisation, I received considerable feedback about Dan's ability to make an essentially dry subject interesting and engaging. He was always professional and friendly and his advice about how to gain the benefits from PRINCE2 was sound and useful. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is interested in improving project delivery on either an organisational or personal level." Barry Harrison, July 2007
Dan has a Masters from Cambridge University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
