About Project Laneways
Projects are about people as well as process. One cannot work without the other.
We cover both people and process for projects, because we understand that people and process are equally important for project success. We will train and advise on both aspects of project management.
Project Laneways provides services across Australia and New Zealand, and internationally.
Project Laneways is a training and consulting company, founded by Dan Skelsey , an experienced project manager and trainer.

Dan Skelsey, Lead Trainer and Director

Dan is both an experienced project manager, programme manager and trainer.
His experience extends across five continents and many industries. He has worked on initiativesin large international companies and small businesses. He has been frequently asked to implement complex programmes that involve process and cultural change.
He has been teaching PRINCE2 for over 10 years. Dan was amongst the first in Australia to pass the UK APMG Change Management accreditation assessment and become an accredited trainer.

His own experience as a Project Manager allows him to address complex issues and explain them in an easily understandable manner. Dan enjoys training and this is reflected in his teaching style. Participants have suggested that this makes the course feel more like a discussion than a lecture and makes the learning experience very enjoyable as well as rewarding.

Dan has a Masters from Cambridge University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kevin Riley, Country Manager and Trainer

Kevin is a qualified as both a PRINCE2® Trainer and as an APMG Change Management Trainer. He has a background as an executive in the publishing, telecommunications and entertainment industries where he has been involved in leading and managing projects both big and small, and has worked in both NZ and Australia. He has a comprehensive background and set of experiences to bring to his training programmes.
He is also NZ Business Excellence Foundation Authorised Consultant and a US Baldrige Qualified Evaluator and has a background in teaching and mentoring organisations in their journeys toward performance excellence.
Kevin is a Graduate of the Harvard Advanced Management Programme.
